The company's purpose is the creation of jewelry and, in general, products of goldsmithing; the purchase, sale, and trade of jewelry, watches, precious stones, and precious metals; the assumption of representations and participation in other companies with similar purposes. The company may also carry out all activities directly or indirectly connected with its purpose, establish branches, secondary offices, subsidiaries, and agencies, and participate in any form in companies with similar purposes, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may also resort to any form of financing with credit institutions, banks, and private individuals, and assume participations and acquire audiovisual rights for advertising or other purposes.
