The foundation aims to make donations to institutions, associations, etc. for the benefit of the general public, particularly in the municipality of Suhr. The following organizations or their successor organizations are to be considered: In the municipality of Suhr: CEVI Suhr (Reformed Youth Organization), Musikgesellschaft Suhr, Reformierter Kirchenchor Suhr-Hunzenschwil, Reformierte Kirchgemeinde Suhr-Hunzenschwil, Samariterverein Suhr or Aargau-West, Schule Suhr, Spitex Suhr, Sportverein Suhr (STV), outside the municipality of Suhr: Aargauischer Tierschutzverein Ats and Pro Natura Schweiz. If no donations can be made to these organizations, the foundation board may subsidiarily consider other organizations in the sense of the founder or, if the means permit, make future donations to organizations that serve the benefit of the general public, particularly in the municipality of Suhr. Annual donations that are not or only partially claimed for any reason shall accrue to the foundation's assets and may not be carried forward. The foundation board may decide not to make any distributions due to the yield situation of the assets.
