The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, installation, maintenance, and repair of products in the field of solar protection, such as awnings, shutters, curtains, and other similar solutions. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
