The company's purpose is, in particular, the trade and brokerage of new and used aircraft of all kinds on its own account or on behalf of third parties, as well as the provision of all types of services related thereto. The company may acquire, manage and sell premises and assets of any nature that serve its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a purpose identical or similar to its own, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
