The company's purpose is to provide services, particularly in the financial sector, to affiliated companies within the group. In addition, the company may participate in other companies of any kind, both domestically and abroad, establish, acquire, and merge with them. The company may acquire, encumber, and dispose of real properties and intellectual property rights, both domestically and abroad, and may establish branches and agencies, both domestically and abroad, by resolution of the management. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries. It may provide securities of any kind for its own obligations and those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved), including pledges on or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, or provide guarantees, enter into sureties, or otherwise secure or guarantee the obligations of the company or these other companies, whether for a fee or not. Furthermore, it may engage in liquidity equalization/concentration or net liquidity (cash pooling) with the aforementioned companies or join such arrangements, including periodic account balancing (balancing). The company may do all this without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the profit-seeking nature of the company, and assuming clustering risks. The company is part of the group controlled by Johnson Controls International plc as the ultimate parent company. The company may promote the interests of the parent company or other group companies. The company may engage in any commercial, financial, or other activities that appear suitable to promote the company's purpose or are related thereto.
