The purpose of the company is: a) all activities related to the teaching of mental arithmetic to children and adults as well as all related services; b) the creation, development and operation of computer software and applications; c) the rental, repair and sale of electric scooters, e-scooters, scooters, bicycles and vehicles of all kinds, as well as everything related to this purpose, including the importation of equipment, the development of related applications and software and payment systems in the context of rental. Except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), the company may, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions, participate in all enterprises or activities, create branches or subsidiaries and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
