The purpose of the foundation is to provide and maintain affordable residential and/or commercial spaces, relative to local market rents, for the benefit of members of the citizen and/or resident community of Stäfa, within the municipal boundaries of Stäfa, specifically properties with the following characteristics: Kat. Nr. 10008, residential buildings No. 1308, 1307, and 2224, slaughterhouse No. 1309, with a total area of 3371m2 (thirty-three ares and seventy-one square meters), located at Allenbergstrasse 48, 8712 Stäfa. The initial beneficiaries shall be the tenants of the apartments on the aforementioned property, who are in uninterrupted rental agreements at the time of my death. The existing rental contracts are to be taken over by the foundation as the landlord.
