The company's purpose is to acquire, manage, and dispose of participations of all kinds. In addition, the company may participate in other companies of any kind, both domestically and abroad, found such companies, take them over, and merge with them. The company may acquire, encumber, and dispose of real properties and intellectual property rights, both domestically and abroad, and may establish branches and agencies, both domestically and abroad, by resolution of the board of directors. The company may engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are related to the company's purpose. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent company, all other affiliated companies, or third parties, and provide security of all kinds for the obligations of such other companies or third parties, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether for consideration or not.
