The company's purpose is to acquire, sell, manage and administer participations in any companies or commercial, financial, industrial or other enterprises, in Switzerland or abroad, as well as to finance them. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, participate in any enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties.
