The association aims to acquire and operate the youth house at Eggacherstrasse 11 in 8712 Stäfa. It ensures the preservation of the house so that it can continue to be used for children's, teens', and youth camps. This should enable children, teens, and young people to have free spaces, support, education, and communal experiences. To fulfill this purpose, the association organizes the rental of the youth house (daily or weekly) to individuals, groups, or organizations. The association is responsible for the maintenance of the property and its surroundings. The income from rentals is used exclusively to fulfill the statutory, non-profit purposes. There is no intention to make a profit. The association can itself offer children's, teens', or youth camps, leisure, training, and recreation programs that strengthen the personal development, social learning, and mental health of young people. The association is exclusively engaged in non-profit activities and does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes. The organs act on a voluntary basis.
