The cooperative aims to: 1. Protect the interests of its members and the dairy industry in general. 2. Optimize the utilization of available transportation milk through self-operation of a cheese dairy or by leasing the cheese dairy property and selling milk to the lessee (milk buyer). 3. Promote high-quality milk production. 4. Ensure the sale of milk and dairy products. 5. Lease pigsties to the milk buyer or third parties for the utilization of available piglets or operate them itself. 6. The cooperative can offer services such as machine rentals, purchasing discounts, and property, apartment, and commercial rentals to its members and third parties. 7. To balance production, additional milk can be supplied. For production relief, milk can be utilized elsewhere. 8. The cooperative operates on a cost-covering basis in the interest of its milk suppliers. 9. The cooperative is registered in the commercial register and can take over companies (e.g., AG, GmbH), participate in them, or merge with other cooperatives.
