Operation of the cat shelter "Zur letzten Zuflucht", rescue of cats in distress, including those with owners, strays, and feral cats, support for cat owners in need, commitment to allowing feral cat populations to remain in their natural territory and receive care, if not possible, unlimited temporary admission to the shelter, accreditation and support of volunteer caregivers for feral cat populations, unlimited admission of problem cats deemed unadoptable, preventing the killing of such cats solely due to their problems, temporary admission of holiday cats, cats for rehoming, as long as this does not disadvantage the problem cats, has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purposes; can operate additional animal shelters in accordance with this statute, expand its activities to other animal species, analogous to cats, as long as this does not disadvantage the cats, acquire, manage, and sell assets and properties from foundation funds to fulfill the foundation's purpose, and collaborate with other organizations or individuals to achieve its goals.
