It can undertake all financial, commercial, industrial or real estate operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose. The company may grant loans to its shareholders and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitments. The company may also create branches, in Switzerland and abroad.
