The company's purpose is to operate hairdressing, manicure and beauty salons for ladies and gentlemen in Switzerland and abroad, to trade in and represent all beauty and perfumery products, hairdressing accessories and trinkets, as well as to purchase, sell and manage real estate, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may: establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; acquire participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish identical or similar companies; carry out all commercial, industrial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, and conclude contracts that are intended to develop the company's purpose, or that are directly or indirectly related to it, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
