The association aims to strengthen the legal economy in Europe while complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG). This is achieved through the targeted use of future-oriented technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), ERP systems, robotics, and other digital innovations. These technologies are intended to be used worldwide, but particularly in Switzerland and Europe, by companies, self-employed individuals, and private persons. The association promotes their application through practical training, knowledge transfer, and strategic process optimization, with the overarching goal of sustainably increasing economic success and quality of life. Another focus is on mediating qualified foreign skilled workers to Swiss and European companies and on enabling data protection-compliant outsourcing services. To ensure ethical and high-quality cooperation, the association maintains a directory of certified companies that demonstrably meet the standards, values, and reliability of a Swiss-European, GDPR-compliant business culture. This directory serves as a basis for trustworthy economic cooperation between domestic and foreign partners. Furthermore, the association advocates for the professional development of people of all ages and professional backgrounds and supports lifelong learning as well as access to digital markets. The association is non-profit.
