1. The foundation's purpose is to support and sustainably secure the supplementary family care and supervision of the children of the founders' relatives and the children of further groups of people determined by the foundation council in the foundation regulations from the university-related and affiliated sectors in the Zurich university area, to create the institutional, organizational, and financial framework conditions necessary to achieve the purpose, and to raise public awareness, local communities, and private individuals about the problems of family childcare in the Zurich university area, to stimulate solutions, and to serve as a contact and advisory point. 2. In pursuing its purpose and in the use of its resources, the foundation takes into account the justified needs of the users and the societal and legal framework conditions. 3. The foundation is independent in the realization of its purpose, particularly in supporting individuals who are not relatives or users of the founders.
