Kita Pandachi GmbH

The association aims to operate a daycare center (Kita) as well as to care for, promote, educate and raise children and families within the framework of family supplementary childcare in accordance with the legal provisions of the federal government and the canton of Aargau. The association may establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, both domestically and abroad, acquire, manage and dispose of real estate, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the association or are directly or indirectly related thereto.
