The association pursues non-profit purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Civil Code. The main purpose of the association is to bring together children and young people between the ages of 6 and 21 in Northeast Brazil, particularly in the windy regions of the states of Ceará, Piauí, and Maranhão, in youth centers, to fill gaps in their school education and to empower them through kitesurfing to pursue their dreams. The association is seeking patrons and donors who are willing to donate kite equipment and financial resources to enable young people in Bitupitá to receive free kite materials, kite lessons, as well as English and mathematics lessons. The association's goal is to offer young people opportunities for apprenticeships in the service sector, as certified kite instructors, or as taxi drivers, so that they can benefit from the growing tourism sector in the state of Ceará. Another goal is for older young people to take care of the younger ones, thus forming a solidarity-based community connected through kitesurfing, where the strong help the weak.
