To acquire, manage, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to participate in real estate, commercial, financial or other companies with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, exercising holding activities with the holding of shares, participations and company shares. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subjection procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may also manage and administer hotels, pensions and restaurants, as well as purchase, sell, intermediate, market, import and export any consumer goods, with particular reference to the food sector, or assume mandates and representations related to such goods, also on behalf of third parties. The company may also carry out activities of administration of third-party assets, execute commercial and financial transactions of any kind, assume fiduciary mandates on behalf of third parties, as well as assume mandates of business consulting and establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and/or abroad. Finally, the company may develop, acquire, sell, receive for use and grant for use technologies, technical know-how, industrial patents and industrial property rights in general, with particular reference to the chemical-pharmaceutical-industrial sector.
