It can carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations that promote the company's purpose and interests. In particular, in Switzerland and/or abroad, it can: exercise any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries; participate in other companies, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing or achieving its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders of subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies, or third parties if this promotes its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs; carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs.
