The purpose of the association is to establish, promote, and operate a network of medium-sized IT service providers based in Switzerland, which support each other and exchange expertise. The association provides a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience among the members of this network, aiming to strengthen their competencies and leverage joint synergies. The focus is particularly on software development, IT services, and related technologies. The association enables members of the network to exchange know-how and resources as needed. It also maintains close cooperation with the Software Alliance Germany to benefit from their extensive expertise from over 200 companies and almost 20,000 employees. Additionally, the association seeks to establish direct business relationships with large customers and open up new market potentials for the members of the network. The association may engage in all activities directly or indirectly related to this purpose. It may found subsidiaries and branches both domestically and abroad, participate in other companies, and acquire, hold, and dispose of real estate.
