The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is to provide advisory services and consulting in the field of international trade in raw materials, as well as to carry out any mandate in these areas. The company may acquire, sell, hold and manage participations in all types of companies and businesses, excluding participations in companies holding residential real estate in Switzerland. The company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all commercial, financial, securities or real estate transactions (except those prohibited by the LFAIE) that are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
