The company's purpose is to carry out all fiduciary activities in the fields of taxation, accounting, business management and real estate management. It may acquire, hold, dispose of real estate and carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of a third party, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions related to these areas of activity, excluding transactions prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, in general, carry out all transactions having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to its associates or third parties if it serves its interests, participate in companies or enterprises with a similar or other purpose and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
