The purpose of the company is to optimize the existing Tavanasa-Obersaxen power plant, including the construction of an upper stage and the expansion of the lower stage, newly named Tschar power plant, and its operation, as well as the construction and operation of additional power plants in the Surselva region. The company may also build, operate, acquire, lease and sell other power plants, as well as power transmission and distribution facilities. It is authorized to participate in companies with a similar purpose and to conduct all business that may serve to achieve or promote the company's purpose.
