The foundation supports the integration of people with mental and/or physical disabilities, promotes people in training or further education, people from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and projects in the context of migration. The foundation also aims to promote and support young companies worldwide that are dedicated to new, more efficient, or sustainable technologies and the promotion of science in general. The foundation can collaborate with other legal entities with similar purposes and launch joint projects to maintain the foundation's purpose. The foundation pursues exclusively and directly non-profit purposes. The founder reserves the right to change the purpose or organization according to Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code. The foundation is active throughout Switzerland and internationally according to its purpose. The foundation can invest and manage the foundation's assets to achieve its purpose, including acquiring and selling real estate or making financial investments. It is authorized to make the properties available to other companies or corporations for the implementation and execution of the foundation's purpose.
