The purpose of the company is to acquire participations in companies for the establishment, operation, management and maintenance of infrastructures in the field of fossil and renewable energies, in particular infrastructures for production, import/regasification terminals, storage and transport (of the type TSO - Transmission System Operator - or SSO - Storage System Operator) in Switzerland, the EU or in neighboring countries as well as the marketing of transport, import and storage capacities for oil and gas products (natural gas, LNG, hydrogen or others) in Switzerland, the EU or in neighboring countries. The company may participate in other enterprises as well as acquire, utilize, manage and dispose of business premises and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and, in addition, carry out all legal acts that the purpose of the company may entail or that are suitable for promoting its development or that of group companies. The company may grant direct or indirect financings to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, its direct or indirect shareholders as well as companies in which these are directly or indirectly involved, either by way of loans or other financings, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and may also provide securities of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind, whether for a consideration or not.
