The purpose of the company is the acquisition, management and disposal of built and unbuilt plots of land as well as rights thereto, the construction of buildings on its own account or on behalf of third parties. The company may conduct all business directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose, participate in other companies, establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, and provide financing of all kinds, in particular grant loans to third parties or shareholders or secure such loans.
