The company's purpose is to operate a tourist center, hotel, bar-restaurant, as well as the production, management, sale or resale, import, export and transit of all food or non-food products with or without durable vocation. It may also acquire, purchase, sell, administer and manage participations in all types of companies and enterprises, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland or abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE); the company may create subsidiaries or branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also participate in the financing of other companies in the group to which it belongs, in the general interest of the latter; the company may in particular grant to, or receive from, its shareholders, subsidiaries or any third party loans, guarantees and securities; in general, the company may carry out all transactions and take all measures that appear appropriate to promote its social purpose or that are related to it; the company may in particular acquire, manage and sell movable and immovable property, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE).
