The purpose of the company is the operation of a hotel complex and any other private or public establishment, the acquisition and disposal of interests in any industrial, commercial, financial, real estate or other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the management of such interests and the financing of subsidiary companies, it being specified that, in connection with the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad, only transactions relating to permanent establishments within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 2, letter a, of the LFAIE may be carried out. It may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans or guarantees of any kind to third parties or to its shareholders. The company may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or which are of a nature to facilitate the achievement of its corporate purpose.
