The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, including purchase, sale, management, brokerage, management and maintenance of buildings, except for operations prohibited in Switzerland by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). To this end, the company may undertake all commercial, financial and artisanal operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees to its members and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by members or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
