To promote the quality of end-of-life care and palliative care in all care settings in the cantons of Neuchâtel, Jura, and Bern, including the Bernese Jura region, whether at home, in institutions, or in hospitals; to develop palliative care, whether in the specialized setting of the Neuchâtel Hospital (HNE) - La Chrysalide or in any other location, particularly in the areas of information, training, external consultation, quality, and research; to offer various forms of animation to hospitalized patients and respite to staff at the HNE - La Chrysalide specialized site; to facilitate support for bereaved individuals, both adults and children, who need it, whether individually or in groups; to contribute to changing attitudes towards death in the direction of accepting it as an essential component of life.
