The company's purpose is the acquisition and management of real estate, the administration and management of participations in all financial, commercial or industrial companies, Swiss or foreign, movable or immovable, excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE; the company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing mortgages and hypothecary securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
