The company's purpose is to acquire, manage, hold, and dispose of participations in all companies or enterprises in Switzerland and abroad (but for those with real estate activities in Switzerland, exclusively companies that limit themselves to the acquisition of commercially used real estate). The company may, for its own account or for the account of third parties, conduct all financial, commercial, industrial, movable, and immovable property transactions (with the exception of those prohibited by the LFAIE) in Switzerland and abroad, which are directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may, for its own account or for the account of third parties, enter into and/or avail itself of financing of any kind, in particular credit or security transactions (including the granting of pledges, assignments, and security transfers, guarantees, sureties, indemnities, and related economic benefits in connection with such transactions) for a fee or free of charge, in favor of and/or in connection with liabilities of direct or indirect shareholders, subsidiaries, and other affiliated companies, even if such financing, credit, or security transactions are solely in the interest of direct or indirect shareholders and/or affiliated companies.
