The company's main purpose is to provide services in the field of sales, distribution, and any operations related to water as a natural resource, as well as products derived from water. It also aims to provide services in the field of financial services, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in accordance with the Federal Act on Financial Services (FinSA), but excluding any activity subject to the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (FinIA), its intended activities including, in particular, the acquisition of participations, the purchase, sale, management, placement, issuance, and creation of services related to digital assets, or any other similar object, excluding any participation in real estate companies in Switzerland within the meaning of the LFAIE. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, industrial, and financial transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose or are likely to facilitate its realization. It may participate in other companies and establish branches or other companies, both in Switzerland and abroad.
