The company's purpose is to operate, both in Switzerland and abroad, and both on its own account and on behalf of third parties: a shipyard; the import, export, purchase, sale, and in general the trade, as well as the rental of all types of boats, as well as spare parts for these, and any other nautical articles; the operation of any navigation school and training of individuals. The company may carry out all operations of any nature, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, including financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable property transactions (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE). It may grant loans or guarantees of any kind, either to third parties or to its shareholders, if it serves its interests.
