The company's purpose is to provide legal services in Switzerland and abroad by lawyers registered in a cantonal bar association, qualified legal advisors, and notaries authorized to practice notary services in the canton of Valais. The purpose includes, in particular, the representation, advice, and assistance of parties before any judicial, administrative, arbitral, or other authority, as well as the provision of legal advice and legal opinions. It also includes the drafting of all notarial deeds and all mandates that can be executed by a public officer under the notary law. The company may also, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches or subsidiaries, take stakes in, and more generally participate in, all enterprises and entities having a direct or indirect relation with its purpose, provided that this is in accordance with the notary law. The company may also carry out all financial, commercial, movable, or immovable operations, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may also grant loans or guarantees of all kinds to shareholders.
