The company's purposes are: a) the purchase, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, sale, construction, renovation, operation, management and enhancement in general of all or part of real estate properties, built or unbuilt; b) real estate brokerage and project management of any real estate project as well as insurance brokerage, assistance and advice in financial, urban planning, architectural and construction matters; c) all activities in the field of construction as project management, general contractor or turnkey contractor; d) the purchase, sale, import, export, transformation and general commercialization of all products related to materials and construction; e) all commercial and financial operations (with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary as defined in article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the purpose described above and likely to promote its social interests; f) the taking of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, as well as the creation of branches; g) the granting of loans or advances to its shareholders or to third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or others, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
