The company's purpose is the operation of a mill, the production, storage, processing and marketing of organic cereals, the marketing of all local products, the execution of all agricultural work for third parties and all other activities related to the main purpose. The company may also: carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto; acquire all real estate for use as a permanent establishment to the extent authorized by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), alienate and encumber them with all real estate mortgages; create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; take an interest, in any form, in all similar companies; and grant loans to associates or third parties.
