The company's purpose is to operate an agricultural estate and to perform agricultural work for third parties. The company may acquire interests in any business, engage in any activity and perform any function that has a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests. It may acquire agricultural real estate within the limits of the Federal Law on Rural Land Law and except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners.
