To promote and pass on traditional watchmaking skills, to encourage training, discovery, and social integration through craft, educational, and cultural activities. It aims to: encourage the discovery and practice of watchmaking in an open setting for all; offer training, improvement, and intergenerational sharing activities; create bridges between professionals, amateurs, young people, and individuals in reintegration; enhance Geneva's watchmaking and craft heritage; organize workshops, exhibitions, and educational projects; and, as a complementary activity, carry out repairs, restorations, or limited sales of watches to support the association's activities. The association operates on a non-profit basis: any potential profit is fully reinvested in its projects and development.
