Trading, import and export as well as partial manufacturing of electrical appliances and equipment, carries out its activities within the Legrand group and is responsible for the interests of the same in the Swiss market; can grant loans or other financing to its direct and indirect parent companies and shareholders as well as their or its direct or indirect subsidiaries and provide collateral of all kinds for liabilities of such other companies, even if they are in their exclusive interest, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges, global assignments, security transfers, security assignments and indemnification declarations, establish branches and subsidiaries, acquire, manage and sell participations, acquire, hold and sell real estate as well as patent, trademark, copyright, design and all other intellectual property rights.
