In Switzerland and abroad: - real estate intermediation and the exercise of any real estate agency activity, including the sale, rental, management, development, and promotion of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, it being specified that with regard to properties located in Switzerland, the sale and promotion activities may only relate to properties with exclusively commercial use; - the provision of communication services and photography; as well as - the performance of repair and maintenance work related to the upkeep of housing. 2 It may: - participate in any enterprises and carry out any movable, immovable (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, it being specified that with regard to properties located in Switzerland, these must have an exclusively commercial use), financial and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the achievement of its purpose; - grant loans to its partners, act as guarantor for loans taken out by partners, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or by the subscription of any other commitment, if this is in its interest; - create branches in Switzerland or abroad.
