The company's purpose is to acquire stakes, hold, manage, administer, and finance companies in Switzerland and abroad, either as a majority or minority shareholder, particularly in the sectors of craftsmanship, services, real estate, and commercial activities. It may acquire, hold, manage, and dispose of movable property, securities, as well as commercial or utility real estate held for its own account, excluding any real estate promotion, brokerage, or management activities for third parties, and provided that these activities are not subject to the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (LFAIE) or fall within the exceptions provided for by said law. The company may provide, on a strictly ancillary basis, coordination, supervision, or strategic support services to companies in which it holds a stake. It may carry out all financial, commercial, or real estate operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and participate in any enterprise with a similar purpose.
