The company's purpose is: the execution of construction management mandates, plan design, modeling as well as the design, study and realization of construction projects of all kinds and all work related to an architectural study; the purchase, sale, construction, brokerage, management, administration, operation, transformation and development of real estate as well as all related activities (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE); import, export, purchase and sale of building materials; provision of cleaning services to private and professional clients. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking participation in similar companies.
