This family foundation aims to provide support to the descendants of all my siblings in all degrees of kinship for education, training, and support, namely A) Education and Training: Financing of basic education, specialized education, and further education in public and private schools in Switzerland and abroad, provided that only those educations that are continuously and purposefully pursued are financed, enabling a suitable professional start, possible retraining in connection with a career change, and similar. Contributions for an indefinite period are excluded. Primarily, the actual financial need is to be taken into account; subsidiarily, contributions can also be made in the absence of a need situation, as long as they are not living expenses. For a first degree or similar education, however, no stricter requirements should be placed on the use of the money than for scholarships. B) Support: Contributions under the title of living expenses require need and financial distress or illness and care dependency. In the event of illness and care dependency, the additional costs compared to the living expenses of a healthy person, insofar as they are not covered by private or public-law insurance, are to be compensated. Idleness or the consequences of self-inflicted termination of gainful employment must not be financed.
