The company may provide any group of companies with administrative, financial, accounting, commercial and all other services that they may need in the course of developing their activities. The company is authorized to open and maintain domestic and foreign branches, represent third parties, conduct business, conclude contracts and take all other measures or engage in other activities that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or lie directly or indirectly within its activities. The company may acquire, hold, manage, mortgage and sell real estate, as well as acquire, exploit, encumber and sell patents, licenses and other intangible assets. In transactions related to the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland, these are limited to real estate used exclusively for commercial purposes. It is clarified that, if real estate held or acquired through investments or real estate is located or acquired in Switzerland, these may only be used for commercial purposes.
