The purpose of the company is to provide services in the fields of consulting, research, market research, fundraising, and financial services, particularly in the area of crowdfunding, and for the companies of the Letsinvest group. The company will not engage in activities that require authorization from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The company may enter into any business transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the company, or that are directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real estate abroad. It may also arrange financing for its own or third-party account and provide security for the liabilities of affiliated companies.
