The purpose of the company is to establish and obtain a license as a DLT trading system and to operate it. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may, even without adequate consideration, conduct business with or for the benefit of related parties, in particular its direct and indirect shareholders as well as other group companies, notably grant loans to these persons or issue guarantees, sureties, pledges or other securities to secure their liabilities. The company may acquire, manage, encumber and sell real estate, participations and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad. The company may engage in any further activity that is directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purposes.
