Liegenschaftsstiftung Job Factory

The foundation aims to support the purpose of the Job Training Foundation in Basel and the Job Factory Basel AG in Basel, based on Christian or Christian-social principles, by providing suitable business, training and residential premises. To this end, the Liegenschaftsstiftung Job Factory acquires and manages suitable properties and/or rental objects in the Basel area and makes them available to the Job Training Foundation in Basel, the Job Factory Basel AG in Basel, or the employees, supported or recommended persons of these corporations at a fee to be determined by the foundation council. The foundation can also support the Job Training Foundation in Basel and the Job Factory Basel AG in Basel through donations and assumption of financial obligations in their favor. If the fulfillment of this purpose becomes impossible, in particular because the Job Training Foundation and the Job Factory Basel AG no longer exist or no longer continue their activities, the foundation is to be dissolved.
