Stiftung Impact Factory

Stiftung Job Factories provides coaching for young people during their vocational internships, coordinating practical work placements and individual case management. It enables work experience across Job Factory business areas (for example bike store, furniture assembly, textile printing, sewing, packaging and candles), offers application training and courses in general education, mathematics and languages, and runs the 'Labor 4.0' module to develop technical, social and emotional skills for the digital working environment.
